TC2 Acoustic Dooraaa

Acoustic doors from model TC2 have been designed to offer very high soundproofing levels.

Thanks to its structure and internal multi-layer composition, very high low frequency responses are achieved, with this being the ideal solution for those locations where said levels are very high.

The level of insulation and the quality offered are focussed on satisfying the strictest acoustic demands of the most demanding projects. They are used in nightclubs, dubbing studios, recording studios, radio and television sets, machinery rooms and in general any area where high levels of attenuation is required throughout a wide range of frequencies.
The internal composition is composed of a multi-layer complex containing different dampening and absorbing materials with a total thickness of 100mm.

Its reinforced structure makes it especially suitable for large public congregation locations where they maintain their acoustic properties even under conditions of intensive use.

They can be installed both indoors and outdoors.

Composition

Main frame built with a steel profile with a thickness of 4mm and a galvanised steel plate of 1.5mm, which the sheet structure together with internal lengthwise reinforcements.
Independent internal and external bodies. They are acoustically separated by perimeter profiles made of neoprene.
The internal composition is composed of eight layers containing different materials with insulating and absorbing properties.
Perimeter frame made of hot-formed steel of 110*100mm and stuffed with high density dampening materials.
Sheet and frame fitting made with a triple sealing frame of high density neoprene. It includes internal air chambers in order to allow the compression of the material.
Steel hinges equipped with a central alloy bearing (ball bearing depending on the size), welded and polished.
Lock made of chrome duraluminium with a pressure-regulated cam, with a working point in the centre of the sheet.
External finishing with antioxidant treatment.
