TC3 acoustic doors EI 90

The TC3 model acoustic doors are RF classified acoustic doors (fire resistant) and have been manufactured to offer very high soundproofing levels.

Perimeter frames have been manufactured using steel plate of 1.5mm, therefore, they are designed to reduce heat transfer in the event of a direct exposure to fire.

TC3 acoustic doors come with high-density neoprene double strips with an interior air chamber throughout the perimeter, which ensures perfect soundproofing.

The intumescent double seal offers complete fire, smoke and heat transmission resistance during 90 minutes.

Its reinforced structure makes it especially suitable for large public congregation locations where they maintain their acoustic properties even under conditions of intensive use.

They can be installed both indoors and outdoors. 

Composition

Internal and external body composed of a steel plate and a back plate with a thickness of 1.5mm. It also has internal lengthwise reinforcements which form the sheet structure.

The internal composition is composed of four layers containing different materials with insulating, absorbing and firewall properties.

The perimeter frame is made of cold-rolled steel plate and the external faces are open and empty *(optionally, they are closed for dry wall works). It also has a double intumescent seal.

Sheet and frame fitting made with a double sealing frame of high density neoprene. It includes internal air chambers in order to allow the compression of the material.

Steel hinges equipped with a central alloy bearing, welded and polished.

Pressure lock with eccentric. Handle made of anodised aluminium. Mechanism box made of zinc plated steel. Eccentric made of zinc plated brass. The working point is located at the centre of the sheet.

External finishing with antioxidant treatment.
