RSA acoustic grilles from SINTEC are acoustic air inlets and outlets with a reduced depth. The operating principle of an acoustic grille is similar to that of a dissipative silencer with parallel cells. The absorbent panels for our acoustic grilles are manufactured from perforated sheets and come inclined within the unit.

The great advantage of an acoustic grille vs. a silencer with parallel cells is the reduced installation depth. Absorbing elements are placed horizontally with an inclination angle offering the maximum flow within the minimum space. Additionally, acoustic grilles feature an excellent weather resistance, thanks to the coating of absorbing elements with galvanised plate.

There are two models: the single RSA grille features a depth of 300mm, while the double RSA grille has a depth of 600mm. The height and width of the grilles correspond to the module being used; however, we can manufacture any size in order to suit all the needs from acoustic projects.

Exterior enclosure manufactured from 1.2-2mm thick galvanised sheets.
Interior layers manufactured from 0-8-1.2mm thick galvanised sheets and multi-diameter perforated sheets.
Interior filling of medium density rock wool.
Reinforced frame perimeter.
